Steven Hooks - Owner
Mr. Hooks has been a successful entrepreneur in the entertainment industry for more than 10 years and brings 16 cumulative years in the creative financing arena.  Steve Hooks started his entertainment career at LD Entertainment III in 1996, where he held the position of Vice President of Operations and Marketing for the independent record label.  During that time, he managed a variety of daily tasks but also wanted to align with the artists to help them in their development.  As such, he worked diligently developing several artists, acquiring distribution, and expanding urban markets for the company.  After a successful tenure at LD Entertainment III, Mr. Hooks decided to create a venture of his own.  In 2003, he partnered with a longtime friend to create HD Entertainment LLC, a full-service entertainment and production company based in Overland Park, Kansas.  Steve Hooks graduated with a Liberal Arts degree and a concentration in Finance from Kansas City College, followed by coursework at McNeese State University. 

Leonard Bulock - Head Coach
 Mr. Bulock is the first head coach of the Kansas City Tease football team, and is a native Oklahoman.  Coach Bulock was a blue chip football player and all-state selection at Southeast High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  After high school, Coach Bulock received a scholarship to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he was an intercollegiate football letterman for four years, First Team All-American defensive back, team captain, and was also inducted into Northeastern State University's Student Hall of Fame in 1990.  His coaching credits include working for Edmond North High School in Edmond, Oklahoma, for one year as the freshman assistant head coach and defensive coordinator.  He was also the varsity defensive coordinator for Northeast High School for three years, and coached at Southeast High School for a number of years as defensive coordinator, special teams coach, and offensive line coach before moving to Kansas City.  Coach Bulock's most recent achievement is leading the women’s semi-pro football team in Kansas City as Head Coach.  He originally started coaching the OKC Lightning from 2001 to 2008, achieving two-time runner-up awards during his tenure.  Overall, Coach Bulock brings a great football resume to the city and to the Tease.

Rebecca Perdieu - Managing Partner
Ms. Perdieu is the owner and creator of Intentions Live Music Sushi Bar, and recently joined the Kansas City Tease Football Team.  She holds more than 15 years of experience in sales, management, and marketing, and has spent the past 10 years building and operating in the real estate market, investing in several real estate properties as well as a management company for construction and repair of distressed homes.  Ms. Perdieu’s prior professional background includes owning and operating a sports bar in Olathe, Kansas, for several years, where she excelled as a leader and motivator.  Rebecca Perdieu maintains extensive exposure in long-term strategic planning, as well as business development, which will help guide the team’s promotional effort as a franchise.  Her experience will considerably impact the organization and, as an owner/investor, will result in future revenue projection with increased growth.  

David Gaston - Assistant Coach
Mr. Gaston is a former high school quarterback and state champion swimmer.  In college he was an intramural football champion at Kansas University, and also competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Water Polo, and Rugby at the club level, and Golf at the varsity level.  He has experience coaching women's intramural football, men’s and women's swimming, and also served as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor for both men and women.  Outside of the athletics arena, Mr. Gaston is a sales professional and banker with a focus in healthcare.  He is excited about working with his players to help build a winning football program that values consistency.

Alisha Jones - Team Legal Attorney
Ms. Jones has been a Missouri licensed attorney based out of Kansas City for more than eight years, and graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  Aside from her other practice areas, Aisha Jones has specifically created a niche in the area of sports and entertainment.  She has negotiated and drafted numerous contracts in the entertainment industry as well as assisted in copyright and trademark registration.  Within the sports industry, she had negotiated opposite the second-largest athletic company in the world, represented a young athlete in the NCAA, assisted in the creation of youth sports programming, negotiated professional athlete player appearance contracts, and represented semi pro/minor league players and negotiated semi pro/minor league contracts.   

Vickie Flowers - Managing Partner
 Ms. Flower studied Early Childhood Development as well as Massage Therapy at MTTI (now WellSpring School of Allied Health) in Kansas City.  She holds retail experience as a store manager for Arden B for more than seven years, and also ran her own cleaning business simultaneously.  For the past three years, she has owned and operated Sunseekers Tanning Salon, a place she has transformed into a sanctuary that allows women to enjoy a range of esthetic services.  Ms.  Flower is also the creator of a coupon-based website called ExtremeCityDeals.com to help small local businesses attract new clients without any upfront costs.  Overall, Vicki Flower is a devout entrepreneur and a firm believer in supporting local women who want to start their own business. 

Dwayne A. Williams  - President of Operations
From Kansas City Kansas, Dwayne has over 20 years of managerial experience in operations with strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills. He has earned a reputation as a skilled communicator and has demonstrated the ability to excel in various environments.  Dwayne started his own company in 1986 called Williams Management Company where he is the President. His duties are sports and business management of NFL players including the negotiation of contracts for appearances, fundraisers, promotions, etc. Some of the clients include Donnell Bennett, Derrick Ransom, Eric Warfield, Eric Hicks, Andre Rison, Priest Holmes, Rashaan Shehee and Derrick Alexander.  Throughout his career he has received several special recognitions and honors. In 1997 Dwayne received the Key to the City of Kansas City with his involvement with the Mayor’s Youth Ambassadors Program and other city wide special events. He was also featured in JET and Ebony Magazines for his community and civic involvement with professional organizations for the state of Missouri.

Dana Guinn - Player Personnel / Assistant Coach
Coach Guinn played Semi-pro Women’s Tackle football for the WNFL  for the Kansas City Krunch women’s football team for the 2004 & 2005 seasons.  She was named 1st Team Defensive Back for the 2004 season. She had 7 interceptions, and 5 touchdowns in her first season of play for the Kansas City Krunch.  She was known as a “shutdown” Cornerback. She assisted her team in winning the Regional Championship in 2004. Due to an injury in 2005 she was placed on the injured reserve list.  She has coached Girl’s basketball at Smith Hale Middle School.  She was the Head Coach from 2006-2008 season’s, and an Asst. Coach for the 2005-2006 season.  Coach Guinn received a scholarship to play basketball at Sam Houston State University right out of high school, and played a semester with Sam Houston State University in Fall of 1989.  Coach Guinn decided to pursue her love of Track & Field by walking on to Kansas City Kansas Community College’s Track Team in Spring of 1991; thus, earning a full Track & Field scholarship for the 1991-1992 season.  She continued her Track & Field career by earning a full scholarship in 1992 at Oklahoma State University.  Coach Guinn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Master’s degree in Management, and a Master’s degree in Education.  She is currently working towards her PHD in Business Administration.  Coach Guinn is a native of Kansas City, Kansas.

Jessy L. Wrinkle – Assistant Coach
From Independence, MO, born and raised in Kansas City area. William Chrisman H.S. graduate of 2004. 4 year member of high school football team: 3 year varsity letter winner and starter. 4 year member of high school wrestling team: 2 year varsity letterman.  Studied Business management at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO. Associates degree. Currently attending UMKC in route to BA in Business Management.
 
David L Griffin Jr – Assistant Coach
 From Kansas City MO, I've played football since the age of 6. Primary positions are wide receiver, running back and special teams. He helped his high school team to the playoffs senior year. Attended Kansas State University as a walk-on for wide receiver and special teams. Currently playing 8man semi pro football for the Missouri mustangs. He also has experience coaching men’s football and boys and girls basketball.
 
Josh Waits – Assistant Coach
24 years old, Played WR/Safety for  Olathe North High School. Two-time state champion at North (2003, 2004).  Played WR/Safety in APFL for Missouri Minutemen (2006, 2007).  Studied Health/Physical Education and Sports Management at University of Kansas.
